Weight loss trail

Today my right lower back is sore. Thought that I would take a day off, being Sunday and all. Realized that the reason my back is sore is because I carry the heavy club workout bag over my left shoulder, obviously pulling on my right side. Will have to change bags, or way I carry it. Have been doing back stretching exercises for the last couple of days.

Monday, September 15,

Feel good today, a little stiffness throughout my body, my side still a little sore. Didn’t go to the morning Body Pump because I have 2 evening classes.
