Third week…..

Having taken all of last week off due to a pulled left back muscle, Monday I was ready for action!

I had mapped out a plan to attend 3 of the classes, and also do my 20 minute reguime. The first class, Step, was a wonderful workout. With my new ’sweat wicking’ shirt, compliments of the club, I was ready! The music was loud, so it was sometimes difficult to hear the instructor’s ‘instructions’ and ‘changes’. Also, being new, I did not know all the changes and it took a couple of times watching to pick up the ‘moves’, so when in times of quandry, I marched in place.
