Natural cough suppressant–Thyme Tea

Thyme TeaThyme is excellent for treating chest infections and coughs. This tea is a comforting extra treatment, but do not rely on it to cure. However, it will help to combat sleeplessness and irritating coughs. 1 oz fresh thyme

2 ½ cups of boiling water

honey, to taste

  1. Take the fresh thyme and cover with the bo8iling water. Allow to infuse for at least 5-10 minutes, to taste.
  2. Add a little honey, and drink while still piping hot.
