Ingredients:

½ c ground cashews   

1 c fresh cilantro    

¼ c olive oil      

3 T lime juice   

1 T grated fresh ginger   

½ tsp grated fresh garlic   

sea salt and cayenne pepper to taste   

1. Combine all together in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.
