Spicy Body Toner or Aftershave Lotion
1 T fresh rosemary
1 T fresh mint
¼ tsp grated orange peel
¼ tsp grated lemon peel
¼ tsp grated nutmeg
½ cup distilled rose or elderflower water
¼ cup pure alcohol or vodka
